Why is the cloud back up display scrambled

My clouds back up display looks like this in Chrome and FireFox. What can be done about this?

Oh no! This would definitely alarm me to if this was how my cloud back up looked. I want to make sure we get your back up to look the way you want it to. I’ll be delighted to help resolve this for you. I’m curious, does your back up look this way when you use a different web browser? Have you tried to clear any internet files and cookies?
