Why my contacts are spread in two alphabetical list from A to Z?

I use Verizon Cloud only to back up my contacts. On my phone I have them right but on my computer the contacts are spread in two list from A to Z.  I would like to know how to fix that. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you're seeing.  Would you go into the cloud website and send a feedback to the developers using the "Need Help' tab on the left and hit the feedback menu item.
