I have been trying for 3 weeks download the items in my cloud. Either the zip files that are created are empty or I get an error on the webpage (and apache tomcat error). I've chatted with support twice with no resolution. I want my data to be downloaded and am sick of getting the run around. what the [Removed] is the problem and when will it be fixed????? I have been told I lose my cloud in 3 days.
