can't open cloud

I've tried for 2 days to open my cloud acct. Nothing shows up and when I hit update it says refreshing  forever...I've shut my phone off and restarted it With taking battery out. Also force stopped  it...not sure what is going on. ..

Help has arrived.  When was the last time you did a back up successfully? Are you doing the back up over wifi? Is the Verizon cloud app up to date?
