I get that error message whenever I try to access my cloud storage via the web. Can anyone shed any light on what that means and a possible way to fix it.
Also, I tried to access the cloud through the desktop app for win7. It installed correctly\, but I couldn't log in because it was saying that my user/pw was incorrect... but I know I entered it correctly because I'm obviously able to log in online so.... yeah.
I tried to log into the cloud app this morning on a different computer and it worked without issue... so I'm assuming it will be ok on my other computer as well.
