I have downloaded, deleted and redownloaded the Verizon cloud app on my computer at least 10 times, but it still will not let me sign in, it will just tell me "we have a problem accessing your account, please try back later" that message has been for 5 days in a row, what use is an back up app if you cannot access it from any device? I use windows 10
What happens if you log into your account at verizonwireless.com, then go directly to My Device, My Cloud and Media .... (skip the computer "app" and just go directly to your cloud files on verizonwireless.com)? Can you see your files and other options there?
I ended up getting to talk to tech service on phone
they claim they cannot find a profile for me and can not get it re-activated remotely, so I have to wait and see for next week or so if they can fix it.
