I'm not able to open my cloud app on my cell. Had to do a master reset today and not only are my apps not working but I cant get all my contacts. only a few out of a lot are able to be viewed

We love to keep your Cloud floating correctly! Let's work on finding a solution for this and your other apps as well. Which make/model phone are you using? Are you able to access Verizon Cloud on the desktop site instead of your phone?
