I have downloaded the Cloud app and when i try to merge cloud accounts to sync all my contacts on my cloud it says my username/password are incorrect but when i sign in online thru a desktop the same username/password work just fine.
How can i do this to reinstate my contacts?
Xmurillo9185, let's get your Verizon cloud working like it should. Are you working with the same phone number for both cloud accounts. Each phone number has its own cloud back up and login. Had you been able to login before? How did you lose your contacts?
