When I try to backup my pictures on the Verizon cloud, it always fails with a message that the "service is temporarily unavailable." Is there a problem with the cloud itself or do I need to adjust something?
Mctom, thank you for reachign out to us. Verizon is currently experiencing an issue with our VZ Cloud. Our technicians are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it quickly. At this time we do not have an estimated fix time frame, but feel free to reach out to us for updates.
