Have not been able to access cloud data since mid-January.

I can't live without the cloud, I know you feel the same. Let's get this fixed. When did this first begin? Is everything else working fine with the phone, like text, voice and data?

About a week ago my messages were deleted without me doing anything. The cloud says there are 60 messages that can be restored.When I try to restore messages to the phone it says restored but nothing happens. Everything else is working ok
