tryna erase the messages and calls off the Verizon cloud for more storage but only on one line. it keeps popping up the main line. how do I switch to the mobile number I want to make changes to?
Each phone line needs its own My Verizon log-in credentials for line-specific things like Cloud storage. You need to log-in using the credentials for the line you're wanting to view the Cloud for, not the main line.
