If you still have Verizon WIreless service and media was suddenly deleted from your cloud, it's likely the cloud service was removed.

Future-proof Cloud : Update your Cloud profile to include a validate email to assist with retrieving your cloud content should you ever need to switch carriers. To add an email address to your Cloud profile, go to the Cloud app, go to Settings, go to My Account and tap "Complete My Profile"
