i am trying to back up my contacts to the cloud and i keep getting a message that backup paused service temporarily unavailable. how and can i disable the verizon backup application and how do i do that?

Being able to backup your contacts without any issues is our number 1 priority. Were you able to backup your contacts in the past from this phone without an error message? Have you tried turning your WIFI off to see if this is not an issue with your WIFI connection?
