How can I read saved text messages saved to the cloud? How do I download to my the backed up content of the cloud to my computer?

To download content from Verizon Cloud, from the Verizon Wireless website, navigate here:

My Verizon > My Plan & Services > My Cloud Media & Contacts

Or, this link should also take you to it: http://cloud.verizonwireless.com

Once there, you should be able to select individual photos/videos/contacts and download them using the download icon on the top-right (looks like an arrow pointing down, and may not appear until you've selected some files to download).

I don't believe there's a way to view your messages that are stored on Verizon Cloud there.

However, if you use Verizon's Message+ app, then you should be able to view some of your messages here:
