I am trying to edit a contact which has consolidated email addresses and phone numbers for several people by mistake. When I go into the contacts on the cloud website, and make all the deletions, I click on "save" and get an error message. "you have already submitted information for this address type". The changes are not saved.
We want to ensure your contact has up to date information, hoffmany. If you edit the contact from your device and sync the Verizon Cloud, does the inputted information stay saved and update to the website?
