My wife has Verizon Cloud associated with her phone. But I can't find the account in the cloud. We want to ensure all of her photos and contacts are backed up to Google, then end the Verizon Cloud account.
when she deletes anything on her phone, the message says "all linked contacts and photos" will be deleted too. Not what we want. Just delete the Verizon presence after making sure we have a copy.
We want to do everything we can to help. Is this phone still active on Verizon account? To clarify, are you looking to keep everything in the Verizon Cloud the same while deleting content off the phone? Will you be keeping the Verizon Cloud long term or deleting the Verizon Cloud account any time soon?-Sean
