1. Follow this link to log on to My Verizon Cloud: My Verizon Online Sign In - Verizon Wireless
2. Click on the Contacts menu item on the left.
3. Check the Select All checkbox.
4. Click the Export menu item on the top right (arrow pointing down).
5. In File Chooser interaction, specify the name of a .zip file to be created on your hard drive.
