how do I get cloud loogin password same as my verizon?

At start up of PC, cloud login screen comes up and instructs me to log in with my mobile # and use My Verizon password.

Error message says information does not match even though My Verizon password works every time when logging in to My Verizon on the PC.

How do I fix this?
