I am dealing with broken phones and old phones.......
My son's 5s is destroyed. I have an old 4 that would be a good stop gap phone until I decide how to redistribute/upgrade. Trouble (of course) is that it is registered to an Apple ID I do not recall. Not a Verizon problem, but there MUST BE a way to go back and look at the phones in my Verizon account history.
Any ideas?
I can certainly understand your dilemma. We do keep records of devices that have previously been activated on a line of serve. However, we are not able to view Apple ID records. Have you tried reaching out to Apple?
