I want to make sure that you always have and working device, but even more so, I want to make sure I understand the question as you are presenting it to me. Are you saying there is no movement on your Note 5 screen at all? Is the phone powered on and just showing as black? When did this start happening? Are you able to see the home screen when you connect the Note 5 to your PC?
