how to upload contacts from another phone on the same plan?
Each phone line needs its own My Verizon log-in credentials for line-specific things like Cloud content.

We’re right by your side to help get your contacts transferred from one phone to the next. What make & model phone are we transferring the contacts to? On your old phone, were the contacts backed up using the Verizon Cloud app? On the new phone, are you able to access the cloud app?
