if I have an iphone with iCloud that backs up everyday, I shouldnt lose any information off my phone if the Verizon cloud disappears right?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
If you can see the content you are concerned with in iCloud on your iPhone, then that content will remain in iCloud. The only content you will lose access to if you no longer subscribe to Verizon Cloud is whatever content you've saved in Verizon Cloud. You can see the the content you will lose access to if you open the Verizon Cloud app on your phone or the https://cloud.verizonwireless.com
TREYC20,
I like to make sure that all of my data is backed up as well. I'd love to help. However, I'd like to clarify a couple of things, since you mentioned both the iCloud and the Cloud, Do you mean the Verizon Cloud disappeared? Are you able to access your information on the iCloud or no? Please elaborate on what you mean by disappear, I'm sure we can help you with a resolution.
