just upgraded my iPhone 5S to iOS 10.1.1 and lost most of my contact list. when I went into Backup Assistant there were no backup contacts in my Verizon backup folder. anybody have a problem like this? is it possible to get an earlier version of my Verizon backup list? i just backed up my phone contact list last week.
Milldo, losing your contacts is not fun. I will be happy to help you get your contacts back on your device. What application were you using to back up your contacts? Were you using iCloud or the Verizon Cloud? Please go to Settings>Contacts>Accounts. What account do you have selected?
