new to verizon cloud and it's not backing up all my photos?

Just got verizon cloud, it only backed up like 150 photos and there is still plenty of storage space.

I also still have Icloud? could that be creating the conflict? how do I fix it?

I wouldn't be concerned if my pictures weren't backing up. I'll be happy to help. What is the model of your iPhone? Have you tried it on Wi-Fi and on Cellular service? Are you getting any type of error messages?

I’ve tried both

No error message

Says it’s complete but only backups up like 150 photos out of 2,000
