populate/import contacts from Outlook into the Verizon messages desktop app?

Been looking for a method to populate/sync the Contacts screen in my Verizon Messages Desktop App with the contacts from my Outlook. I have uploaded .csv file to the Cloud but in only brings sender 'recognition' to the names of the messages that I receive. Does not populate the Contact field in the app.
