"Last back-up failed" on iPhone 6s???

When I try to back up my photos and vids, it stops after about 15 seconds and gives me a cloud with red exclamation point in the top right corner.  When I click on it - it states "Last backup failed"... last backup 10/25/17.  I have 1TB of storage.  Any suggestions?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Thanks for the response. I just uninstalled/ reinstalled the app and still have the same issue. Any other options?

EricNovo,

Having trouble with a backup is certainly no good. Let's see what we can do. What software version are you running on your phone? What happens if you plug your phone into a computer with iTunes updated? Are you connected to WiFi when trying this backup?
