I had to take my phone back to factory settings. I backed it up before to the cloud. Now I'm trying to access my saved messages and though the count comes up in cloud, I can't access the messages.
Patty keeping our messages safe is key. Let's make sure yours are restored. What is the make and model of your phone? What cloud are you referring to, our Verizon Cloud?
