Is there a way to retrieve videos from the hard drive on my phone using the cloud without having to power on my phone? The phone will not power on, but I need to sync content before the replacement arrives. I have videos which did not yet sync (due to full storage at the time) and were not located on the SD card.
We want to help ensure that you have your information backed up, Fischfinders. The device does need to power on in order for the sync to occur but we would like to learn more about the issue at hand. Why is the phone unable to be powered on? Does it recognize being plugged into the charger? What is the make/model of phone you use?
