How do I unload my cloud from my droid mini to my computer?

Assuming you're using the Verizon Cloud service for backing up your data on your Droid Mini, you should log into the My Verizon web site from your computer browser using the login associated with your Droid Mini. There you can select your Cloud and manage what is stored, including downloading.
