i uploaded 59gb from my pc and now i can't upload anymore. it stays retrying. i tried a different PC and from my mac with the same problems. my phone is still uploading which is garbage since it times out all the time.
i only have the free 600gb plan. i wish i could just dump it all in a folder on my pc and let it go but doesn't think it works that way. been uploading for over a week.....

sidwin516, we never want you to have issues with uploading pictures, so we're happy to learn we did put through a ticket for you. Generally our tickets take 5-7 business days to be resolved. Once the ticket has been done, the representative that did the ticket will reach back out to you with the results. Thank you for your patience.

i'm seeing that error now. i still see my pictures from both pc/cloud and phone/cloud. my phone has completed the upload from my phone on the same wifi network. still can't upload anything from my desktop or mac.
i called customer support and i'm still waiting to back. they said they escalated the ticket. it's been a week.....

I'd never suggest a carrier's cloud. Why not use something that's more reliable like Google Drive? You can get 2TB there for $9.99 a month.

Cause it’s included with my plan 600gb. I have g drive as well but free is always good too.

One error is your cloud is not available after i log in. Then when I try to upload from Mac or pc or chrome or safari every file says retry upload. If I click on retry it fails again.
upload from the verizon cloud app on my phones works fine.
