VZ support is a joke.  I called today to check on my ticket.  Tier 2 support said that IT closed the ticket because they didnt' have enough information.  Instead of contacting me before doing so.  Another 40 min conversation and now wait two more days.  I wish someone could send these error messages and pictures they could help figure what is wrong instead of just passing on the issue.

different browser same error.  different day... same cruddy service from verizon.  nothing but hold/wait/and no resolution.
