I am upgrading from my bbz10 to a new iphone but only part of my contact list
has uploaded to verizon cloud. Help!!
Congratulations on the upgrade! It is important not to lose any information when switching devices, B KD. We are on the scene and happy to help. Are the contacts that are not backing up, saved to a memory card rather than the device itself? Did you get any error messages when processing the back up?
