i Have a Kyocera flip phone (costed $400) and when i open cloud it says: Verizon cloud has encountered an error. pls close app and try again (code: 10019).

Thanks for sharing that info. We recommend rebooting your device (e.g., powering it off for about 30 seconds and then powering it back on, allowing it to regain signal). We also recommend checking to see if it has recently completed a software update.
