I get messages that the free cloud will end in May. I don't understand
freedon, keeping those important memories and content from the Verizon Cloud are very important. We are here to ensure you have all the options to keep the content. Verizon is currently migrating customers from the free promotional cloud storage to a premium paid cloud storage due to the promotion expiring. You can either download all the content showing in your cloud to a computer and allow the service to expire or continue this great service. Please click on number four on the following web page under the “Verizon Cloud Changes / Updates” section to upgrade to premium or click on “How to download your media from Verizon Cloud to a computer” at the top of the web page.
