Replying to my own post again....I was finally able to get my photos off my phone and onto my computer via a microSD Card!! If anyone is having the same problem I was having and it using an LG flip phone and it has a slot for a microSD card, I would suggest using it to get your photos off your phone.  The card I have/used is a SanDisk Ultra 32GB with adapter, make sure you get one that has an adapter that will fit into your computer if your computer doesn't have a slot for a microSD Card.  You can find more information about the cards here: https://www.sandisk.com/home/memory-cards/microsd-cards/ultra-microsd

Thank you deloused!  Good luck UltraViolet and everyone else who's having problems with cloud.

I've been having the same issue for two days. I've been trying to send pictures from my phone to the cloud. Phone indicates that they are being sent successfully, but I get no texts saying they did/didn't upload (I usually do). When I log into my cloud, I don't see any of the photos I tried to upload. I chatted with several people from Verizon online about this, and they made sure I was following the correct upload process (I was), and told me to restore my phone to factory settings. Resetting the phone would totally be the opposite of what I want to do since it would delete all my photos. I asked them if they were having problems with the cloud, and I got no answer one way or the other, just a suggestion that I take my phone to a Verizon store to see if they could help me in person. From looking at other posts here, it seems a lot of people have been having similar issues over the last few days, but haven't gotten any answers.

We have also had the same issues. My husband had to switch out  a defective phone and somehow the switch from the defective phone to the new phone inadvertently deleted his photos from the cloud! He has lost all of his photos. They are not in the trash bin to retrieve. They were on the cloud before the transfer of one phone to the other then GONE! Smiley Sad

I have the exact same problem UltraViolet06! I did the exact same thing you did/do, same thing as I always did, sent my pictures from my phone to Cloud and there not on Cloud, I get the same message I've always gotten, just like you, and just like you, no text message like I always used to get, it's very annoying!  I'm glad you didn't listen to them and reset your phone! I hope they get this issue fixed soon, I'm disabled, I don't drive and cannot get to a Verizon Store to get my photos off my phone, all I want to do is get a few pictures of the cat I just adopted off my phone and on to my computer so I don't lose them!! Smiley Sad

That's awful! I thought your cloud account was tied to your phone number...if you kept the same phone number I thought all your stuff would still be there even with a new phone. If the old one functions at all and you still have it and the photos on it, try to see if you can reactivate it temporarily to upload the photos. I have another phone even older than the one I'm working with and I'm going to try it too.

Well, I made a cloud account for my mom who has the same model phone I do. She has a different account even though we are on the same plan because we have different phone numbers. I did not upload any photos to her account when I created it. When I started having this issue with my account, I did try to upload photos from her phone and it didn't work. Same thing with the successful send and no text. I logged into the account and there were no pictures, but I did get this message"Usage Details Fetching Error. (-1)" I did another online chat with a Verizon rep, and they told me they were going to have a technical support specialist look into it and get back to me within a week. I will post what I find out. Verizon must be having some issue that they don't know about or fully understand. I did go to the Verizon store, and the associate tried but couldn't help. He had no idea what could be wrong, and the reps online say that Pix Place was shutdown on Oct. 1, 2015. That's true, but if you make a cloud account and use the send to Pix Place option on your phone, the photos did upload to the cloud, at least they did for me until 3 days ago. It was when I told the online rep this that he forwarded it to tech support.

From what I can see, you can only chat with them through Facebook or Twitter, and it seems impossible to actually send anyone with tech support a detailed e-mail. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing this. I think it must be a problem that can be fixed. I feel you on the cat photos...I've had my phone about 9 years and I have tons of pics of my cats who have since died, pics from high school, etc. They aren't the greatest quality, but I still want the memories. When I get this resolved I'm getting a Galaxy S7 with a memory card and I hopefully won't have this problem again. I'll definitely post back when tech support gets back to me.

I too have a similar problem. My phone did a random hard reset earlier this morning. The phone was trying to access the Verizon Cloud to restore my phone settings and data during set up but nothing has been restored. Its a pain. I've done a hard reset with everything erased before months ago and the cloud app uploaded all my pics/music/files and restored my personal settings perfectly. Contacts and messages reloaded this time but everything else seems to have timed out. It would take me forever to get this phone reorganized to the way I had it. I love my s7 but these random reset issues are driving me bonkers.

I know I would be asking the same thing if my cloud service stopped working, UltraViolet06. Let’s ensure this gets resolved once and for all so you’re able to save those precious memories. What make/model phone do you have? What version of Verizon cloud is installed? You said you were able to upload photos to Cloud previously. Can you please clarify if you are seeing the previously uploaded pictures backed up in the cloud? I want to verify if this is just 3 days worth of pictures that won’t upload or is it every picture you have ever backed up that is not showing. Please share as much details as possible and include the exact steps you have taken. Thank you in advance.

I know how important it is to keep your contacts and memories safe. In order to better understand what is going on with your device, please give me more information. Did you download anything new recently? What were you doing on the phone when this happened?

Phone Make/Model: LG VX5400 (it's a flip phone)

I don't have the Verizon Cloud App installed on my phone, I was uploading my pics by using the send to Pix Place option on the phone. I know it was discontinued on Oct. 1, 2015, but because I made an online cloud account, the photos were still uploading. I uploaded 26 photos on July 27, 28 and August 1. I tried to upload more on August 8 or 9 and they were sent successfully, but I got no texts confirming/denying the successful upload of pictures (I had been up until that point). When I logged into my account, the photos were not there, but the original 26 I had were. The problem uploading continues, but my previously uploaded photos have not changed.

My mom has the same model phone I do, and when I activated my cloud account and uploaded my photos, I created an account for her too. I guess each phone number has its own account even though we are on the same plan. I did not upload any photos to her account; it is empty. When I started having my upload problems, I tried her phone to see if I could upload to her account. I had the exact same issue; no uploads, no texts, but successful sends. When I logged into her empty account to see if the pics were there, I got this message, "Usage Details Fetching Error. (-1)" Looks like the pics are being sent successfully, but a connection is being lost somewhere along the way and they aren't uploading. I have posted on several threads here, and done an online chat with Verizon reps, and others are having the same problem.

On a side note, at least 2 Verizon reps have responded to me on here by sending private messages. I have received those messages (and some others) in my inbox here, but for some reason I can't open/display them on here. I am unable to read any private messages here.
