I did a live chat with a rep last week; he promised to send me a new phone battery and a new charger, since both are not working properly. Now there is no live chat available at all...? I clicked the link in the response above, and it took me to the same page I've gotten 4 times while searching for live chat. (Something along the lines of, "We're sorry, this page is no longer available," yadda yadda yadda.) Worthless!

It disappoints me to hear that you are having trouble reaching our chat team. I just tested it myself and it takes me to the live chat when I click on Ask Now. Have you tried to clear your cookies or rebooted your computer?
