Tried to download the critical update - after the down load completed - message it got was "download cancelled" - then I tried again - "software not available try again later"?
What the heck - I can't spend all day trying to download software that should have been automatic if it was critical.
Guess they want us to buy another device?
Update the firmware through the device, see page 25 in the manual.

If trying through the device is causing the error you might try calling Customer Service (800) 922-0204 and informing them of the problem.
