Hello, I have just purchased this product. However, it is experiencing rather slow speeds, even slower than my phone's hotspot. I'm uncertain what the issue is, as this is meant to be a faster product. Is there a particular reason why I would be experiencing less than half the speed on the jetpack than what I get from my phone?
