Ellipsis Jetpack model MHS700L won't turn on?

All of a sudden my Ellipsis Jetpack won't turn on. I tried pushing the reset button but nothing.???

You can try to disconnect the external power supply at the Jetpack, plug it back in and try to turn on the Jetpack. With some Jetpacks you can remove the battery, but your battery is non-removable. You might try calling Customer Service (800) 922-0204 too.
