My MHS815L intermittently now will disconnect & show " no service available" even though we are in a full coverage area. This just started. I've used this in the same place since I got it, and only the last month have had it disconnect. Doesn't matter where I am. I've tried resetting the sim card as that was suggested, but no change. Just to type this I had to switch to the hotspot on my phone (which has 4 bars signal).
Which plan do you have? Could you be speed restricted from the 10 GB limit for LTE high speed hotspot data before you are slowed down to 3G speeds for the remainder of the billing cycle on the Jetpack?
