Our Jetpack all of a sudden today decided to shut itself off after turning it on. I've done the reset, and troubleshooting guide. It's due to be out of contract January 16.
Thanks for bringing your jetpack concern to our attention Ship1. Let's partner together to get your device powered up so you can be reconnected to the wireless world. What prior to having issues with the jetpack not powering up? For example, was there any physical or liquid damage?When was the last time that the jetpack was charged?
