Someone had hacked into my jetpack a few weeks back. I called tech support to reset the passwords but I did it remotely through a different wi-fi connection. Ever since then, I cannot get into the my.jetpack. It won't take passwords and it keeps telling me the answer to my security question is wrong, even though it is the right answer. Tech support tried to reset but no luck. Anyone have any suggestions? I don't think taking it back to the store I bought it at will help.
