Is the Jetpack suppose to eat up all your data when connected? It will use 4GB of my data in a matter of 30 minutes.

The it is likely your computer downloading updates.  Do you use Windows 7, 8, or 10?

follow these directions for Win 10 to set your computer to not auto download updates from the jet pack.

The PC cannot update the Jetpack. They are two separate devices.

Sounds like another defective Jetpack story. The jetpack is unable to update from a computer.

This is another example of a defective Jetpack story and defective "tech" support from Verizon.

Wake up, Verizon!

No, the computer is updating itself using Internet through the jet pack.  See my instructions above.
