Equipment issues are never a fun thing to deal with, GJJR55. Thanks for reaching out to us here, we would be more than happy to dive deeper into this for you. What specific model Elipsis Jetpack do you have? Have you attempted to reboot the device, or pull the battery if it has one? Did this happen after an attempt to download new firmware or during an update?  JoeyM_VZW

I'm saddened to hear that your Ellipsis Jetpack device is stuck. I want to make sure that we get this working for you. Can you tell me if you have tried to power off/on? What is the make and model of your Ellipsis device?
