My Ellipsis Jetpack won't show up on My Verizon account. Why?

My username is IAPD3000. First timer!

And I want to know why my device (Ellipsis Jetpack 4G Mobile Broadband) won't show up on my account?

I brought the thing before buying a Verizon Smartphone, because I have no computer or internet hooking up in my apartment. The smartphone shows up on my account, but not the mobile broadband. Did I activated it correctly?
