I did try powering it off and on with no success.
The reason for purchasing a Verizon device was that I expected to get good reception everywhere.
Sadly that did not seem to be the case?
I was lucky I could use local WIFI where I was in AZ and NV.
Unfortunately this response was too slow to be of any help.
I am back in CA now and the device works well here.
My Laptop that could not get internet with the Device in AZ connected immediately and gets Internet here in CA.
Is there anything special I need to do to get service interstate?
