Are there others on this site feel they are being overcharged/billed?  I have a filed a complaint with the BBB and will continuing writing and trying to find support until this issue is resolved.  My plan started at the lowest possible.  I received billing every month stating I was going over by a few GB which we all know is ten bucks for each one.  Kept increasing the package and every time the overage is doubled if not tripled.  When I call to complain, they suggest I increase the package.  Each time I increase, they increase my usage.  This is not possible.  And entirely too much of a coincidence. If anyone has any suggestions or advice please, let me know?
