What should I do if I forget my password?

I can't get back into my Ellipsis because I forgot my password.  How do I get my password or change it remotely?

You would have to press the reset button under the back cover of the Jetpack.  Connect with the default credentials that are provided on the sticker to get back into the Jetpack and reconfigure accordingly.
