jet pack unlimited slowed down

I have a jet pack that I use for my home based photography business on an unlimited plan.  This being slowed down to 600 kbps and then on the wait list depending on how many other people are online is a joke, it makes it impossible to do my job, that is not unlimited data.  Why should I be punished for using the unlimited plan I'm paying quite a bit for?  I don't watch videos, but advertising on the Verizon website that you can watch all the HD videos you want is a complete lie, how does one watch a HD video on the "based on demand" speed offered?  My bill is pretty high already considering we have three phones, two jet packs, and two iPad contracts with Verizon.  We buy all our devices through verizon, or rather used to.  I will be taking my business elsewhere when contract is up.  I'm in a rural area where the options for internet aren't very broad, but I will be choosing another carrier, any other carrier because I'm fed up with the Verizon bait and switch policies.
