On my Ellipsis 10 when i am on an internet form page, the fields are blacked out.  Is there a setting i am missing?

We definitely want you to be able to breeze through the internet with your Ellipsis 10. Hearing that you are running into some trouble is concerning but we are here to help. When did this issue begin? To confirm, are their fields within the internet page blacked out or things like the search bar? Have there been any recent changes made to the Ellipsis such as a new software update?

Any active field seems to be blackened out.  For example in the game Minecraft story mode none of the choices are legible. Sometimes on certain pages large black squares will make Associated text unreadable.

I appreciate the added details. To clarify is the game Minecraft story mode on the internet, or is it a separate app?

When reading of this occurring, my first instinct is to reset the app causing trouble. Here are the steps on completing an app reset:
